simalube IMPULSE connect is the latest generation of the pressure booster from the simalube family. The proven functions of the IMPULSE have been supplemented with the option of connecting the device to a smartphone via Bluetooth® 5.0.

In connection with the newly developed «simatec world of maintenance» App, the devices can be easily configured and then monitored without having to be directly at the lubrication point. Information such as general status, fill level, lubricant, size, start and change date etc. is displayed to the user and easy to read in the Apps.

When should the simalube IMPULSE connect be installed:

Where, when and why should the products be used:

• All customers, existing or new, can use the products and thus improve maintenance processes (focus on lubrication).
• Always use the App. All lubrication points can be recorded.
• For better monitoring and planning of all activities relating to lubrication by using the «simatec world of maintenance» App.
• If there is not enough maintenance personnel available - time savings through simpler controls and quick inspections, the maintenance personnel has time for other tasks.
• Inspection rounds can be recorded, logging is simplified with the App. Constant lubrication and constant control is a "must" for relevant processes. Less planned and unplanned downtime of the production facilities
• Mainly used for lubrication with grease (bearings, spindles, etc.)
• Applications with large temperature fluctuations (e.g. outdoor installations) - When operating in the "Time" mode, more even lubrication is achieved with fluctuating temperatures.
• If lubrication points cannot be seen, the App can still be used to check the condition (e.g. in housings, under covers, etc.)

With the «simatec world of maintenance» App, simatec ag has created a platform for easier and more efficient management of lubrication work. The App offers the user the possibility to record lubrication points, to set the necessary parameters for the lubrication and to control or monitor all activities around the lubrication. The simalube IMPULSE connect equipped with Bluetooth® 5.0 can be configured directly via the App, the current operating status can be viewed from a distance of up to 20m via the App.The «simatec world of maintenance» app can be downloaded from the Apple Store and the Google Play Store and installed on the smartphone.
